Virtual Branch Home Banking

For anytime, anywhere access to your account from the convenience of your home or office sign up for Virtual Branch, our free* premier home online banking/bill pay service.

It’s super easy to sign up, just acquire your ConnexUs PIN from one of our Financial Officers and you can get started.

Bank It (Home banking Account Access)

With Virtual Branch Bank It you can view and manage your account activity, transfer funds, make loan payments and line of credit advances, view images of your cleared checks, reorder checks, stop payment on checks, establish account alerts, and much more!

Pay It (Bill Pay)

Through Virtual Branch Pay It, you choose when and how much to pay on your bills. No more postage, checks, or possible delays in the mail.

AFCU is committed to ensuring your financial information is safe and secure, which means we are continuously enhancing measures to secure our Virtual Branch site. Through our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) logon process we require more than just a password to identify our members.

Statement Express (eStatements)

Help protect your identity and prevent theft of account information with AFCU’s e-statement. No more paper clutter, no more statements lost in the mail, no more delays. With AFCU’s paperless account statements, you receive email notification when your statement is ready for you to retrieve from our secured e-statement site. View, print, or save to your computer — it’s your choice!

Popmoney (Peer to Peer Funds Transfer)

Mobile banking just got easier with this new service provided by AFCU. For a small fee you can send money to friends and family through your mobile banking app and online through your Virtual Branch. All that you’ll need is their name, and email address or mobile number to send them money.

Mobile Banking with Mobile Deposit

With AFCU‘s Mobile Banking get anytime, anywhere access to your account at the tip of your fingers. Whether you’re out of town or on your way to the mall, our mobile banking app provides a secure connection for quick access to your AFCU accounts directly through your iPhone, or Android device.

*Virtual Branch services are free. However, due to the high cost of providing this service, it will be disabled 90-days after the service is established if not used. If you need assistance in using the services, please contact us at (817) 856-4444 or use our online contact form.


Mobile Banking

With AFCU‘s Mobile Banking get anytime, anywhere access to your account at the tip of your fingers. Whether you’re out of town or on your way to the mall, our mobile banking app provides a secure connection for quick access to your AFCU accounts directly through your iPhone, or Android device. Some of the features include:

  • View account balances

  • View account transactions

  • Mobile depositing

  • Transfer funds between your checking or savings accounts

  • Get loan advances from your line of credit

  • Pay your bills, and much more!

Registration for Mobile Banking is available through the Self Service Tab in your Virtual Branch access page or through your mobile app store. Be sure to have your mobile device with you and powered on when you begin online registration. Questions? Call AFCU at (817) 856-4444.

New to Allied Federal Credit Union: Popmoney

Mobile banking just got easier with this new service provided by AFCU. For a small fee you can send money to friends and family through your mobile banking app and online through your Virtual Branch. All that you’ll need is their name, and email address or mobile number to send them money.

  • Payments are available and transferred as early as next day

  • Send a last minute gift to family or friends

  • Pay your roommates for your portion of the rent

  • Pay the dog walker or lawn care servic.

To register for name only 2, log on to your Virtual Branch and go to the Popmoney tab to accept terms and conditions. Questions? Call AFCU at (817) 856-4444.

You must be set up for Virtual Branch home banking before you can register for Name only 2. Allied Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking app can be found in your mobile app store. Just search Allied Federal Credit Union.


E-Statements

As of July 14th, Virtual Branch and Statement Express (eStatements) will now be accessible under one login through Virtual Branch. If you have a Statement Express eStatement login but are not enrolled in Virtual Branch, you will need to be enrolled in Virtual Branch before you can access your eStatements after July 14th.

You will need your Connex-Us PIN and your account number to enroll. If you are unsure of these please let one of our staff know so we can assist you in making this conversion as seamless as possible for you.

Statement Express (eStatements) will not be available until July 14th under the new single sign on access. If you need help accessing statements please let a representative know.

Mobile Deposit

We Know You’re Busy!

Save a trip to the branch with Allied Federal Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit. Just snap a picture of the front and back of your signed check and send it for deposit through your mobile banking app.

Not only does this service save you a trip to the branch, there’s also no charge to you!

Easily deposit checks from the comforts of your home.
 

Save time and gas and make yourself comfortable. Now you can make a quick and secure deposit of your check without ever leaving your couch.

To Sign up for Mobile Deposit:

  • Read the Mobile Deposit Service Agreement and Application

  • Print and sign the application on the last page and email, fax or bring the form into an employee today

  • You will be informed by email if you’ve been approved for this service

To Use Mobile Deposit

  • Sign the back of your check

  • Write, “For Mobile Deposit Only”, along with your account number, underneath your signature

  • Log into your AFCU mobile banking app

  • Select the “Deposit” tab and enter deposit details

  • Snap a picture of the front and back of the signed check when prompted

  • Confirm deposit

You will be updated within the app if the deposit was accepted. If for any reason the deposit was not accepted you will receive an email from AFCU explaining why.

There is no charge to use this service. At this time this service is not offered for business accounts or savings accounts.
