58th Annual Meeting of Allied Federal Credit Union

Annual Meeting Notice

Allied Federal Credit Union’s 58th Annual Meeting will be held at our Green Oaks Branch on Tuesday, June 25th at 5:00 p.m.

Join us to hear more about the accomplishments and future of AlliedFCU. Board members will also be elected. This will be your chance to make your voice heard as a Member-owner of Allied Federal Credit Union.


2025 Board of Director Nominees

Medria Browhow

Medria has been a member of our Supervisory Committee since 2023. She works as the Assistant Director of Water Utilities - Business Services for the City of Arlington, where she has been employed since 2008.

Bill Moore

Bill was originally elected to the Board of Directors in 2017, and currently serves as the Second Vice-Chair. He has been an AlliedFCU member for 40 years.


Members interested in a board position or wishing to nominate another member must request a petition and certified statement form from the credit union. To be considered, the petition must be signed by 1% of members in good standing (20 minimum and 500 max) and returned to the credit union with a signed certificate stating they are agreeable to nomination and agree to serve on the board if elected, no later than May 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting, and elections will not be conducted by ballot when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.
