Help Us Collect 600 Pairs of Socks

Please help us aid local families by donating socks at any AlliedFCU branch between now and October 24. Adult and kid sizes are welcome and encouraged. In celebration of AlliedFCU’s 60th anniversary, our goal is to collect 600 pairs of socks!

Socks are the most requested clothing item at shelters, but also the least donated item. New socks keep people’s feet warm and dry, which reduces the risk of frostbite, infection and other illnesses.

Sadly, there are people here in Arlington and Mansfield who lack even the most basic cold weather closing. That’s why AlliedFCU is participating in Socktober again this year. We will donate all socks collected to Mission Arlington.
